We do offer product replacements free of cost should there be a legitimate grievance via our customer care protocol.

Not Satisfied with Your Purchase?

To report grievances based on issues of quality, flavour, potency, breakage, leakage, spoilage, tampering, and/or courier errors, contact us on WhatsApp or via Call/SMS. We shall quickly remedy the situation. Simply mention your Order ID along with your complaint for a quick and satisfactory resolution.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

In case you wish not to opt for the free product replacement, you can opt for a refund of your order.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or on a mutually agreed-upon alternative.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
